Terms of use

A wireless internet service ("WiFi") is available at the premises of XYZ s.r.o.. There is no legal claim to this service and the operator is not responsible for any loss or degraded quality or damage that might arise to customers in connection with the use of the service.

The operator is not responsible for any liabilities that might arise from the activities of customers using WiFi in relation to third parties.

The operator does not provide the customer with the device to use this service and does not even provide technical support to those customers who use it through the equipment. Internet access is not subject to the provision of personal data. For technical security reasons, the MAC address of the user's device that connects to the Internet is stored in the system for a period of time (maximum 24 hours).

Customers are required to respect copyright and other regulations and use information resources on the internet in accordance with legal and moral standards. Any misuse of data and information may be prosecutable.

The provided WiFi wireless internet is not encrypted. The transferred data may be visible to other users as well.

Privacy policy

Company XYZ s.r.o. based in Hlavní náměstí 1a, Praha may, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), process the personal data I have entered and the device used (MAC address, operating system, browser, language setting). The use of personal data is governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 and the applicable laws and privacy policies of XYZ s.r.o..

Under the principles of EU Regulation 2016/679, I have the right to cancel my consent whenever I appeal. The appeal can be made by email sent to info@xyz.cz. Within the rights of entities under the GDPR, it is also possible to request information on the before mentioned e-mail, which personal data are being processed, to request updating of personal data and also to correct personal data. 

XYZ s.r.o., as a personal data controller, will process personal data only to the extent of provided consent. Revocation of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its removal. Revocation of consent also has no effect on the processing of personal data that XYZ s.r.o. processed on the basis of a legal basis other than consent.

XYZ s.r.o. maintains administrative, technical and physical means to ensure the protection of personal data, to prevent their loss and abuse in accordance with GDPR. Only employees of XYZ s.r.o. will have access to personal data as well as third persons, which execute for XYZ s.r.o. commercial or marketing activities based on contracts, as well as data processors of personal data with which the processing agreement will be duly signed. All persons involved will be bound to protect the personal data and the rights associated with them.
